STEPS I HAVE DONE IN THIS VIDEO :
1.CLICK START
2.TYPE CMD
3.RUN AS ADMINISTARTOR
4.TYPE netsh interface tcp show global
5.autotuning is enabled, disable it.....
6.to disable it type.. netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled
